Rigid core, or SPC (Solid Polymer Core) is made of a composite core construction and is a step up from traditional solid LVF.
 
Featuring a high filler content and higher density, the lack of foaming agent used means air bubbles in the core are omitted. This results in a thinner, harder and stiffer plank or tile.
